The RLB2000 asphalt mixing thermal regeneration equipment is based on the standard intermittent asphalt mixing equipment, with an additional set of independent downstream regeneration drying drum and metering device. The recycled material is heated by an independent regeneration drying drum and weighed by an independent metering system, so that its temperature and addition ratio can be accurate and reliable. In order to prevent asphalt from overheating and aging, a specially designed short flame and large diameter burner is used to avoid direct contact of the combustion flame with recycled materials and asphalt. It can be adapted to use in 4000 and 5000 type asphalt mixing stations.
